Shipping policy

Delivery: If an order contains multiple products, they may be delivered in separate shipments. Typically, delivery takes 5-7 business days from the order placement date. The order details page will display estimated shipping and delivery timelines upon order placement. However, these estimated delivery times are not guaranteed, and unforeseeable delays may occur beyond the company’s control. If the company is unable to deliver the product within the estimated delivery date for any reason, you will receive an email notifying you of the delay and giving you the option to cancel the order or wait for delivery. Please be aware that your order may be cancelled due to product unavailability or failure to deliver within the expected timeframe. In such cases, the company is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages or losses resulting from the cancellation or delay in delivery.

Tracking Facility: You will be sent an email containing information about the tracking number and courier company once the Product has been dispatched. However, it is only possible to track the status of the order after 24 hours from the dispatch time.
